System's Requirements

Windows PCs

At least 3 windows desktop computers, with long VGA cable for the display or a Tablet or iPad for the Queue Creation.

Internet Connection

Only used when logging in to the server. License authentication purpose only

POS Printer

GoQue works with most POS printers, such as Xprinters, Epson etc.

Long VGA/HDMI Cable

Typically we need a long VGA or HDMI cable depending on your monitor

Note: Server machine should have a speaker, so that every time a queue number is called it will sound the bell.

There is only one server that should be using per license key. If you wish to install more than one server, then you need to buy a new license for the other server.

We will setup the software via Teamviewer, before we setup, you need to download and install the free version of teamviewer into your computer that is use as a server. If you are located in Cagayan de oro city, we can install it in person.

To use the software you need to open the server.exe file with your username and license key. Make sure you are connected to the internet as we validate your credentials via our cloud server.

We have two options for now that you may opt to pay the license, 1. PesoPay and 2. InstaPay via QR Code.

After you have successfully paid via InstaPay or PesoPay, you need to send us an email with your transaction receipt from any of the payment options that you have used. We will then verify the payment and contact you as soon as possible to schedule the installation of GoQue Software.

We will notify you via email 10 days before the expiration date, we also display a reminder in the home page of the software.

You should void this situation to happen, because you may not be able to use the software unless you contact us and renew your license.
